If you have already pre-purchased a coaching plan, use this link to schedule your one-hour session via phone, Zoom, or in-person. Note: In-person appointments are on Wednesday and Friday at the Petaluma location, and Thursdays at the Sausalito location. Please state your preference.

24 Hours Cancellation Required

There is a 24 hour cancellation policy. If you cancel or miss appointment within 24 hours, you will forfeit that appointment credit, or be charged for time lost. Same-day appointments or appointments made within a 24 hour period do not abide by the cancellation policy. Those with paid coaching plans or programs have schedule-on-demand booking privileges.
