24 Hours Cancellation Required

There is a 24-hour cancellation policy. If you cancel or miss an appointment, class, or event within 24 hours, you will forfeit that appointment credit or be charged for time lost. Same-day appointments or appointments made within 24 hours do not follow the cancellation policy. Those with pre-paid services have priority booking privileges.
