Terms of Service
Policies & Procedures

Please review the following policies and procedures for working with Holly Shantara and the LifeStar Coaching Services & Plans.

  • Scheduling: After you purchase a plan, you can book your appointments. through the online calendar found on the Schedule page. On-the-go 60, 30, and 15-minute appointments can be made the same day by request and upon availability through texting (707)244-7685​

  • Prep Form:  To add more value in preparation for your sessions, you are invited to complete the Session Preparation Form before your coaching sessions. It is found on the Schedule page. It is not a requirement but an invitation to help you organize your thoughts and intentions to get the most value out of your session time. 

  • Plan Value: On-the-go guidance or pre-purchased session time can be utilized in addition to an appointment. When you purchase a plan you can talk, text, or email Holly as needed. The time spent in correspondence is deducted from your previously purchased credits also know as your “Time Bank” in 60, 30, or 15-minute increments. Use for “Fast Track” Sessions or spontaneous check-ins, when available. 

  • Payment Policy: You must have your exchange agreement in place with Holly Shantara & Associates, before booking any online appointments through the calendar or on-the-go via direct text scheduling. All services are pre-paid before delivery.  Payments can be made online or by phone with a credit card; through PayPal transactions; Venmo; Cash App; cashiers’ checks or direct deposits through Wells Fargo Bank, and we accept all major credit cards. Personal and corporate business checks accepted. Services will begin upon receipt of payment.

  • Cancellation Policy: There is a 24-hour cancellation policy. If you cancel or miss an appointment within 24 hours, you will forfeit that appointment credit, or be charged for time lost. Same-day appointments or appointments made within a 24 hour period do not abide by the cancellation policy.

  • Plan Extensions: All sessions are good for the allotted time stated within each plan description. Time extensions are considered upon request and determined by individual circumstances.

  • Refunds & Gifting: There are no refunds for pre-purchased sessions or plans. However, you may gift/donate your session(s) if unable to fulfill your plan for any reason. 

  • Referral Program: Any personal or business referrals earn you a 10% credit for the lifetime value on any booked time. We appreciate referrals and we appreciate you! 

  • Payment Plans: ( Paypal credit is available, just apply when booking,) Barter for goods or services, Bitcoin and other forms of digital currency, charity offerings, and pro-bono work will be considered and are exceptions to current non-negotiable exchange rates. Decisions are based upon mutual professional/client integrity, intuition, discernment, and individual circumstances. 

  • Tax Deductions: Holly Shantara is listed with the IRS as a personal & business consultant. This work is valid for a business deduction for "professional services" under the following DBA:  Holly Shantara Farrow Consulting. Please check with your accountant for more information. You may issue a 1099 or request a W9 for independent contracting.
